Your Opportunity

Are you a qualified Physiotherapist looking for variety, flexibility, and the chance to work in both Residential Aged Care and Community settings? At Plena Healthcare, we’re reshaping how allied health services are delivered — and we want you to be part of it.

You’ll join a large, collaborative, multidisciplinary team providing personalised, goal-oriented treatments to a diverse range of clients. This is not your typical provider role — we’re all about innovation, support, and delivering exceptional outcomes without the burnout. Our billable KPIs are achievable and designed with clinician wellbeing in mind (ask us more!).

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll support clients across a range of government-funded programs including:

  • Home Care Packages (HCP)
  • Short-Term Restorative Care (STRC)
  • Commonwealth Home Support Programme (CHSP)
  • Privately Funded Services

Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting comprehensive assessments and developing tailored clinical recommendations
  • Supporting clients with mobility, ADLs, falls prevention, equipment needs, and pain management
  • Promoting independence and functional improvement through individual and group therapy
  • Demonstrating flexibility and adaptability across community and aged care settings
  • Working collaboratively within your professional scope to achieve outstanding client outcomes
