About the Role
As General Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our business strategy, strengthening our market presence, and fostering a culture of safety, sustainability, and inclusion. Your leadership will support Epiroc’s continued growth in revenue and market share while ensuring an engaging and empowering workplace for all employees.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & People Development- Lead by example, championing Epiroc’s values and Code of Conduct.
- Foster an inclusive and high-performing workplace where all employees feel valued, respected, and empowered to excel.
- Drive a culture where safety, environmental responsibility, and well-being are integral to operations.
- Develop and mentor employees, ensuring a strong local talent pipeline.

- Collaborate with divisions and customer centers to expand market presence.
- Strengthen relationships with existing customers and identify opportunities to reach new markets.
- Drive business growth with a customer-centric approach, ensuring we are recognized as an industry leader.
- Introduce and integrate new technologies to enhance operational efficiency and service offerings.
- Lead with a focus on efficiency, sustainability, and innovation.
- Ensure financial stability by implementing sound budget management and cost controls.
- Leverage data and market insights to drive strategic decision-making and continuous improvement.
- Develop strong cross-functional collaboration to enhance organizational agility and responsiveness.
- Work closely with senior leadership to align performance goals with long-term business objectives.
Who We’re Looking For
We seek a collaborative, resilient, and forward-thinking leader who thrives in dynamic environments. You should have:
- 10+ years of leadership experience, preferably in complex, matrixed organizations.
- A proven track record of leading and developing diverse teams.
- A degree in Business Management, Engineering, or a relevant field.
- Strong strategic and financial acumen with experience driving business growth.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
- Fluency in spoken and written English.
