As they continue to expand, they’re seeking an experienced Head of Procurement to take ownership of global sourcing, supply chain strategy, and logistics for large-scale renewable energy builds.

You’ll lead the end-to-end procurement and logistics function across major solar and BESS projects — ensuring the right gear, in the right place, at the right time. You’ll own supplier relationships, manage contracts, and collaborate across engineering and construction teams to keep projects moving seamlessly.
Key Responsibilities:- Full lifecycle procurement of Solar PV and BESS equipment from global suppliers
- Negotiate and manage supplier contracts, pricing, and delivery terms
- Oversee all purchasing and logistics, ensuring on-time delivery to sites
- Maintain and grow an approved vendor list tailored to Australian projects
- Support construction teams with timely site deliveries and unloading
- Monitor supplier performance, cost control, and risk mitigation
- Lead a small team while implementing best practices for procurement efficiency
- Ensure compliance with company policies, contract terms, and safety standards
- 5+ years’ experience in procurement / logistics – ideally within renewables or EPC
- Strong understanding of international and Australian supply chains
- Expertise in contract negotiation, vendor management, and budgeting
- Familiarity with SAP, Primavera, Outlook, and advanced Excel
- Confident communicator and negotiator with strong attention to detail
- Degree in Engineering, Business, or Supply Chain Management
- Willingness to travel and flexibility in line with project demands
