Job Description

Reporting directly to the APAC Managing Director, the Client Portfolio Lead is responsible for driving the growth of a business unit within a chosen industry vertical or cluster.

Leadership

  • Lead the Client Partner team in their region to meet personal and regional targets.
  • Develop Client Management talent within the region, guiding skill mastery and career progression with clear success plans for each direct report.
  • Execute industry vision and strategy in partnership with regional management, ensuring alignment with Endava's core values and a focus on diversity.
  • Ensure high-quality delivery of solutions to clients and build great client experiences within the industry and beyond.

Account Growth

  • Manage the GIB client portfolio, driving growth, meeting targets, and achieving strategic objectives.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to drive new business development within existing accounts, aligning pursuit teams for optimal performance.
  • Foster local industry networks to solidify Endava's presence as a key regional player.
  • Enhance personal expertise in regional market trends to become a regional industry SME.
  • Engage and leverage the wider Endava capability to build credibility within clients and the region.
  • Serve as an escalation point for all existing client issues, concerns, and opportunities.

Reporting

  • Ensure data accuracy within systems and report diligently.
  • Compile and present monthly regional reporting to the Global Client Director.
  • Keep opportunity-level information up-to-date within systems.
  • Ensure accurate forecasts, budgets, projections, and adjustments are provided as needed.
  • Ensure all signed contracts within the region meet Endava’s risk, financial, and compliance criteria.
  • Own and manage risks effectively at the team and client level.
  • Ensure governance and business rules are adhered to with appropriate sign-offs.
  • Manage budgets in line with agreed P&L.
  • Ensure staff forecasting and recording systems are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory environments.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record in managing and growing client portfolios, achieving significant revenue growth.
  • Extensive experience in developing and executing client strategies that drive business growth and enhance client satisfaction.
  • Demonstrated success in managing account P&L and achieving financial targets.
  • Experience in leading and mentoring high-performing teams.
  • Strong background in client engagement and building senior-level client relationships.
  • Proven ability to collaborate and influence across various levels of an organization.
  • Experience in strategic initiatives and driving continuous improvement.
