About the Role :
This dynamic role demands a proactive and results-oriented individual with a strong focus on continuous improvement. You will work closely with various teams across the business, supporting the implementation and maintenance of our Integrated Information Business Management System (BMS), with a focus on quality.
What You Will Do :
- Support BMS Implementation: Assist in the implementation and maintenance of the BMS across projects and business units.
- Conduct Audits: Perform internal audits to assess compliance with the BMS and identify areas for improvement.
- Document Control: Manage and maintain quality-related documentation, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
- Data Analysis: Analyse quality data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Process Improvement: Contribute to the development and implementation of process improvements to enhance quality and efficiency.
- Training & Support: Provide training and support to employees on quality management principles and procedures.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to address quality-related issues and drive continuous improvement.
- Compliance Monitoring: Monitor compliance with relevant standards, regulations, and customer requirements.
- Reporting: Prepare and present reports on quality performance and improvement initiatives.
What You Will Bring :
- Diploma in Quality Management or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a quality assurance role, preferably within the construction or related industry.
- Strong understanding of quality management principles and standards (e.g., ISO 9001).
- Experience in conducting internal audits and identifying non-conformances.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated experience working on-site or closely with field operations, enabling a practical understanding of construction processes and challenges.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
