Technical Business Analyst | Global Technology Transformation
The opportunity:
At Kinetic we are currently embarking on a large global transformation program and looking for an experienced Technical Business Analyst to help implement a number of business-critical initiatives across Middleware, Data & AI, Service Desk and more.
This role will work across four key workstreams and will play a critical role in the development of our underlining technology capabilities and strategies to ensure the continued success of our ambitious global growth agenda.
Initially, this is a fixed term full-time contract for 12 months, with strong likelihood of extension or permanent conversion.
What you'll be doing:
- Conduct thorough analysis of business processes and technical systems
- Identify and document business and technical requirements across a range of environments, and translate them into functional specifications.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide effective solutions.
- Help drive the engagement of new vendors, helping drive efficiencies and collaboration across the program
- Help to develop and maintain detailed project documentation, including business cases, process flows, and user stories.
- Facilitate meetings and workshops to gather requirements and present findings.
- Assist in the development and implementation of new business processes and systems.
- In partnership with integration resources, monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions and make necessary adjustments.
- Identify risks and issues and/or additional benefits from proposed solutions
- Develop gap analysis and impact assessments where required
- Support testing of solutions across the program of work
What you'll bring:
- Proven experience in large scale technology implementation projects, developing technical and business focused documentation.
- Experience in either leading or supporting RFX processes in relation to technology specific vendors
- Strong analytic skills with ability to develop and deliver business process-mapping to support project and technical initiative implementation.
- Previous experience working in complex multi-vendor environments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a global team.
- Excellent communication skills and an approachable demeanour.
- Self-motivated with a demonstrated enthusiastic approach to day-to-day business and positive approach to a continual changing work environment.
