About the role
The Property and Facilities Coordinator is responsible for ensuring that all T2 controlled facilities are maintained to all agreed T2 health, safety, and operational levels. This role will ensure T2 facilities can optimize the shopping and working environment for customers, visitors and T2 teams alike.
Key responsibilities
- Maintaining all T2 controlled facilities to all agreed T2 health, safety and operational standards.
- Ensuring that all T2 locations comply with legal requirements
- Ensuring that all contractors and suppliers are performing to the required standard
- Activity based build and monthly tracking of facilities expenses including reporting by market and exception reporting
- Reduction of facilities and maintenance costs in all markets & reporting
- Ensure all health, safety and operational non-conformances are resolved in a timely manner
- Ensure all contractors and suppliers have current agreements in place including SLAs and agreed rates
- Ensure all services including utilities are setup/removed in line with opening/closure
