Description:
We are currently recruiting a CRM Specialist to join the Luxury Division and contribute to key digital projects to improve customer experience and conversion & identify opportunities for new digital projects!
ABOUT THE JOB
- Collaborate with the brand & media team, zone and DMI to implement, guidance and feedback on email design, user journeys and user experience.
- Participate in key strategic projects that arise from new technology identified to help our CRM performance and personalisation perspective and as identified by the major program manager such as Everest, CDP, Kick Dynamic and Dynamic Yield
- Support CDMO team in the implementation and optimization of CRM platform use ensuring it works seamlessly and captures all required information where possible at key points in the customer life cycle
- Contribute KPIs and goals for divisional CRM programs and populate the annual CRM roadmap, with assistance from Digital Brand Managers, CRM Operations Lead and CRM Analyst.
- Improve customer experience and relationships through the analysis and implementation of sophisticated segmentation for personalisation on all interactions between customers and brand.
- Build a business case and launch the Armani loyalty program within the next two years
- Identify opportunities to collect new data and mine existing data to help enrich our customer profiles and build more personalised experiences with our customers.
ABOUT YOU
- Proven experience in CRM and strategic Consumer data analysis is expected.
- A natural collaborator with a strong analytical mind-set you will be able to influence those around you to drive the brand ecommerce growth.
- Strong communication skills you will be able to articulate a clear vision and be able to work in partnership with your stakeholders to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
