As the Store Manager, you'll be the heart and soul of your team, empowering them to:

- Lead visual merchandising, operational excellence, and store process optimization.

What We're Looking For
We're on the lookout for a leader with:
- Proven Leadership: You've led and developed teams in retail environments and delivered exceptional results.
- Customer-Centric Mindset: Your focus is always on providing outstanding service to every customer.
- Retail Expertise: 4+ years of retail experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Sales-Driven: You've consistently increased sales and profit.
- Strategic Thinker: You can identify opportunities and tackle challenges with creative solutions.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with computer systems and store tools.
- Flexible Availability: You're ready to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
