Join our family: Online Fulfillment Assistant
We’re seeking rising stars to join our team! As a Online Fulfilment Assistant, you'll:
- Support the Online Fulfillment Supervisor
- Pick and pack online orders
- Processing and despatching online orders in an accurate and efficient manner to minimise delays to shipping
- Conduct stock replenishment in store
- Support customers with product knowledge, advice, and their purchase transitions
- Maintain a clean and tidy work area, including sundries replenishments, returning miss-picked goods and clear pathways
- Be accountable for a safe site for everyone, everyday by implementing and evaluating safe work practises, improving safety performance, and celebrating safety achievements
What you'll bring to the role:
- Highly motivated, enthusiastic, and positive attitude
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage time effectively
- Possess problem solving skills
- Strong communication skills
- Able to work in a fast paced and challenging environment.
Physical Requirements:
- Extended and sustained periods of standing and walking
- Upper body flexibility and strength
- Frequent reaching forward and overhead
- Frequent gripping and hand co-ordination
- Crouching and squatting
- Bending at the waist
- Pushing and pulling
