About The Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join our Individual Apartment Living team on a Part-Time contract! Your role will entail providing drop-in support in apartment complexes located in Kogarah, Rockdale and Woolooware Bay .
This model of support is designed to promote independence and privacy for our clients living with disability. Being based in residential apartment complexes across Rockdale, Kogarah and Woolooware Bay, your role would be to maintain our client’s choice, voice and control in their daily lives. The support we provide includes but is not limited to assistance with manual handling, personal care, social support as well as cooking and cleaning assistance.
In this model, planned and unplanned support is provided, so no two days may look the same. Thus, this role would suit someone who has the tenacity and confidence to work with people with complex support needs and has the capability to triage calls and ensure the needs of our clients are maintained and respected.
Success in this role looks like:
- Experience in either disability support or aged care, ideally with clients who have high intensity support needs
- Experience and confidence in manual handling requirements
- Ability to connect with and support our clients to live independently in their own home
- Clear communication skills, both verbal and written
- Having the ability to be quick thinking and manage competing demands
- Skilled in the use of Microsoft Teams, Outlook, and other online programs
- Willingness to be a team player, to support your colleagues and clients
- Ability to work by yourself as well as in a team
About the shifts
We are looking for Part-Time staff to join our Individual Apartment Living Team. If successful, you will be working across our sites in Kogarah, Rockdale and Woolooware Bay.
Our current vacant shift times include:
- Monday to Sunday: 6am till 10am (Short Morning)
- Monday to Sunday: 10pm till 6am (Active Night)
Successful candidates will be contracted to fill the above shifts. These times are not flexible, so please ensure that the above aligns with what you can commit to prior to applying.

Successful applicants will require a current NSW Drivers Licence. An offer will be subject to a police clearance, a pre-employment medical, a current First Aid Certificate, proof of Australian work rights and a NDIS Worker Screening Check. Ability to access and use a smart phone is required for this role.
