We're seeking a driven individual with:
- Proven experience in a sales leadership role (TL, Assistant TL, or 2IC), ideally within the C ommercial finance sector .
- An unwavering passion for developing and inspiring teams to achieve peak performance in a commercial environment.
- Hands-on experience with Cloud SAAS , including CRMs, dialler systems, and call recording platforms.
- Exceptional organizational and planning prowess, with meticulous attention to the intricacies of commercial finance processes.
- A sharp, analytical mind capable of rapid problem-solving in dynamic commercial scenarios.
- Impeccable verbal and written communication skills, tailored for effective interaction with both clients and commercial lenders.
