The Lotteries Channel team manages an extensive retail Network of approximately 4,000 outlets. The Channel team seeks to responsibly optimise and maximise overall business performance to provide a profitable and sustainable lottery business, which is built on enviable brands, exceptional retail standards, optimal distribution and a strong connection to our Retailers and customers.

This exciting role coordinates and processes applications pertaining to the retail Network to effectively maintain and grow network distribution in a compliant manner.


What you'll do

  • Provide quality advice and coordinate all communication between internal stakeholders and existing or potential Franchisees in relation to the application process;
  • Coordinate the application process in accordance with regulatory and internal requirements and the Franchising Code of Conduct;
  • Coordinate site and applicant assessments, compile statistical analysis and report findings;
  • Liaise with relevant internal and external stakeholders, including accountants, brokers, solicitors in relation to the application process;
  • Draft formal and legal documentation in accordance with regulatory and internal requirements and the Franchising Code of Conduct;
  • Collate and provide analytical data for the Disclosure Document ensuring compliance to the Franchising Code of Conduct;
  • Maintain all relevant data base systems; and
  • Provide support to the Franchise Manager and participate in activities as required.

  • Ability to identify, develop and implement processes that will enhance performance;
  • Effective customer service skills;
  • Ability to learn and comprehend new systems and processes;
  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office;
  • Ability to work autonomously and self manage work loads as well as be an effective member of a team; and
  • Understanding of the Franchising Code of Conduct and other relevant legislation (desirable).
