About Us:
Calibre Resourcing Solutions is one of the fastest-growing companies in the Northwest Region, renowned for our commitment to quality and service. In 2024, we expanded operations and proudly opened a new branch in Townsville.
Due to strong company growth and an influx of new projects, we are now recruiting for multiple roles across the Townsville region, including but not limited to:
General Labourers – for construction, landscaping, mining, manufacturing, and building works
Operators – with tickets or experience on one or more machines including loaders, excavators, graders, articulated and rigid dump trucks, rollers
Labourers with Forklift Tickets – forklift operation and general yard duties
Manufacturing & Logistics Roles – truck unloading, trailer packing, forklift operations, store person duties
Utility/Cleaner Positions – shift work opportunities available
Role Highlights:
• Monday to Friday rosters (some roles may include occasional Saturdays)
• Various sites and industries across Townsville
• Immediate start opportunities available
• Long-term potential for the right candidates
• Local roles – no FIFO or DIDO
Key Requirements:
• Must have reliable transportation
• Construction White Card required for labouring and operator roles
• Tickets (where applicable): Forklift, Loader, Excavator, Grader, Roller, Articulated & Rigid Dump Trucks
• Experience working in construction, mining, landscaping, manufacturing, logistics, or building industries is highly regarded
Pay Rates:
Competitive hourly rates depending on role and experience.
