We’re currently inviting Expressions of Interest for upcoming Human Resources Administrative Support roles. These roles are ideal for individuals who enjoy providing behind-the-scenes support to ensure the smooth running of HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, compliance, and employee engagement.

Responsibilities
- Providing day-to-day administrative support to the HR team.
- Assisting with recruitment, onboarding, and training coordination.
- Preparing and maintaining HR documentation including contracts, letters, and reports.
- Managing employee records and updating HR systems.
- Responding to internal HR-related queries with professionalism and confidentiality.
Your Profile
- Previous experience in an administrative or HR support role.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organisation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with HRIS is an advantage.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and integrity.
