Job Description
- Team member engagement - be part of action planning and rollout for 2025 to ensure our teams are thriving in their work environments
- Administration - assisting in the organisation, administration duties and facilitation of our onboarding for our team members.
- Recruitment & talent attraction - its not just about the interview! Attend industry events, support community partners and be a talent magnet for upcoming employment opportunities across our hotels
- Employee advocate - be a go-to for our team, utilising your knowledge on our benefits, learning and development opportunities and assisting our team in all they need for a positive work environment.
