The Turner Group have partnered with a leading financial organisation who hold a presence across Australia and a strong reputation for their excellence in delivering financial outcomes within the provision of whole-sale debt and funds management within the commercial property market.

Having a rich history locally and internationally, our client is seeking an expert in market trends and complex transactions to join their team as a Relationship Director – Commercial Property.

The Position
As a Relationship Director you will be play a pivotal role as a conduit between the business and its’ clients, by maintaining a high level of service to current clients while driving connections and introductions of new ones.

You will work with company clients and local broker networks to design investment solutions and strategies to sell and write loans across a range of business products.

Reporting directly to the State Manager, you will use your outstanding history to identify, review and recommend applications for approval.

Responsible for an existing portfolio and for developing new business opportunities you will also be required to:

- Manage credit risk within guidelines and improving portfolio profitability
- Develop and grow the Commercial profitability
- Maintain strong relationships with referral sources, existing and potential clients
- Effectively motivate and mentor a team of support and sales staff

Skills & Experience
Successful candidates will have a strong practiced history within a bank or client facing lending institutions and must understand credit risk and the associated trends within the real-estate market at a high level. You will need to demonstrate strong relationships within the local commercial property segment.
