This is a Department built entirely for children and young people and their communities. Our ultimate goal is to work together to ensure that every child and young person in Tasmania is known, safe, well and learning.

Duties

To provide high-level support in the management and coordination of a range of projects, requiring the interpretation of policies and procedures to meet agency-wide objectives. Facilitate collaborative partnerships between other portfolios within the Department and undertake data analysis, investigation, research, progress reporting and budget tracking to support procurement and consultation activities.

Period of Appointment

ASAP until 26 March 2027

Applicants should be aware that for twelve (12) months from the date of publication, this selection process may be used to fill any subsequent full-time or part-time vacancies in accordance with Employment Direction 1.

Hours per fortnight

73.5 hours per fortnight
