About the Role We support two male clients who have experienced road transport accidents. Our clients have a range of interests, including meditation, drawing, and music. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in their daily lives, providing care, companionship, and encouragement in a supportive environment.
Locations:
- Bell Post Hill
- St Albans Park
- Monday to Friday: 7:00 AM – 2:00 PM
- Wednesday to Sunday: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM (Sleepover 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM)
- Supporting individuals with complex needs, including understanding behaviors and restrictive practices
- Providing mobility support and medication assistance
- Assisting clients in the community – a current driver’s license is required
- Engaging clients in their hobbies and interests

Casual (includes 25% loading):
- Day: $33.96/hour
- Afternoon: $37.36/hour
- Active night: $38.04/hour
- Saturday: $47.55/hour
- Sunday: $61.13/hour
- Public holiday: $74.72/hour
