About the role

As an Administrator you will be the go to personf or all things office upkeep, document preparetion and filing, diary management, team support and adhoc requests that arise from the team.


Key responsibilities include:

  • First point of call for maintenance, mailing, shipping, supplies, equipment, bills and errands.
  • Organise, coordinate and schedule meetings and appointments.
  • Ensure filing systems are maintained and current.
  • Work alongside property and leasing teams, providing administrative support where required
  • Assist Asset Management team with ongoing marketing and tenant engagement programs
  • Generate reports for monthly and quarterly internal and external stakeholder meetings

About you
To be able to excel in this role, you will need relevant working experience as an Administrator, well-developed oral and written communication skills, and strong organisational abilities necessary in providing general administrative assistance.
