At the Novotel Surfers Paradise, we are not only focused on our guests, but also our people. We are seeking enthusiastic and energetic, experienced Houseperson to join our diverse Housekeeping team, in a part-time role, minimum guarantee of 30 hours. Ideally you have previous experience in a similar role, in a hotel with 200+ rooms.
As part of the Housekeeping team you will be responsible for offering a quality customer service experience, as a Houseperson, you have experience in this role, you are guest orientated, support for the Room Attendants and Housekeeping team, you are able to multi-task and thrive in a busy environment, you are able to work with minimal supervision.

Attending to guest enquiries and requests in a timely mannerProvide support for the Housekeeping teamTransferring dirty linen and removing rubbish and recyclingSafe handling and use of chemicals
