We are now looking to add another experienced Estimator to the team based in Geelong.
Being a specialist builder in the NDIS/SDA housing space, it is essential you have local experience in residential building estimation.
What we are looking for:
Proven experience in working in a sales and production estimating Experience in Custom homes or NDIS would be highly regardedRescode and building code knowledge.Understand construction, techniques, terminology, costs and be able to communicate this in Layman's terms.Experience working with various systems and picking up systems quickly.Ability to read and interpret construction plans.Ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team.
