You’re the first point of contact. Your customers trust you. You give them confidence. From the moment they place an order to the second it arrives, they know they’re in good hands.
You'll be the go-to for product queries, order processing, and logistics coordination. No two days are the same. You'll work closely with freight providers, liaise with manufacturing teams, and ensure every customer interaction leaves a lasting impression.

What You’ll Need
2-4 years of B2B customer service experience CSV experience within an industrial setting such as Manufacturing or Engineering A knack for problem-solving and making things happen Confidence using ERP systems and managing logistics A solutions-focused mindset and a drive to improve processes
