About YouWe are seeking an HR professional who is:Commercially focused and outcomes-driven, with strong interpersonal and influencing skillsExperienced in supporting multi-site environments, ideally within construction, industrial or retail sectors but encourage interested individuals from other industry sectors to apply.An effective problem solver with the agility to pivot between strategic planning and hands-on deliveryAn expert in employee relations, performance management, talent development, and change initiativesComfortable navigating complex stakeholder environments, with a strong commitment to relationship-building at all levelsTech-savvy and data-informed, with strong experience across HRIS platforms and Microsoft Office
Qualifications & ExperienceMinimum 5 years’ experience in a P&C Business Partner or senior HR generalist roleProven success in implementing people strategies in dynamic, fast-paced environmentsStrong knowledge of Australian employment law and award interpretation
