Job Description
Assistant Manager - Food & Beverage
Are you looking for your next role that will assist you in achieving your goal of being a Food & Beverage Manager? Then, we have the job for you! As an Assistant Manager, you will strategically lead the team to take guest satisfaction to the next level.
What you will be doing:
Oversee daily operations of all food and beverage outlets (Restaurant, Bar & Conferencing), ensuring high service standards and operational efficiency. Lead and develop the team, fostering a culture of performance, training, and continuous improvement. Monitor revenue, costs, and budgets to meet financial targets while minimizing waste and maximizing profitability. Work with the Kitchen team to refine menu pricing, promotions, and offerings that align with guest preferences. Collaborate with Sales teams to ensure seamless event execution and client satisfaction.
Qualifications
Your Experience and Skills:
Previous experience in leading a team in a Restaurant or Event environmentwill be highly regarded,The ability and flexibility to work across a seven day rotating roster, including late nights, weekends, and public holidays,Previous experience with a POS System; we currently use ShijiExcellent communication skills, and high standard of grooming and personal presentationExceptional organisational skills and an ability to maintain composure and effectiveness when faced with competing priorities. Currently hold, or be willing and able to obtaina Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA)
