About the Role
This is a standalone, hands-on position for someone who thrives on autonomy and impact. You’ll lead the talent acquisition function end-to-end, strategy through to execution. It is the perfect opportunity for a senior talent acquisition partner who enjoys rolling up their sleeves and making things happen.
You’ll partner with stakeholders across the country to fill a wide variety of roles, from field-based and technical positions through to corporate functions. With no rigid systems or legacy processes in place, there’s genuine scope to build, streamline, and optimise how recruitment is done.

What You’ll Be Doing
• Taking full ownership of end-to-end recruitment across a broad range of roles.
• Building strong relationships with hiring managers and senior leaders to embed proactive talent strategies.
• Designing and managing effective sourcing and pipeline strategies, especially for hard-to-fill roles.
• Coaching hiring managers on recruitment best practice and delivering a first-class candidate experience.
• Identifying opportunities to improve recruitment processes and introduce smart, efficient ways of working.
Who We’re Looking For
• You've led high-volume, multi-disciplinary recruitment functions, ideally across both white- and blue-collar roles and ideally within both agency and internal environments.
• You’re not afraid to dive into the detail, manage your own requisitions, and deliver outcomes.
• You can think big picture while staying nimble in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
• Comfortable working without a formal ATS, you can keep things moving with smart systems and creative thinking.
• You bring authenticity, strong stakeholder management skills, and a consultative approach.
• Open to occasional travel to regional sites as needed.
