About the role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer service driven individual to join the team on a full time basis as an Export Operator.

• Airfreight and Seafreight job planning, registration and data entry
• Liaising with shipping lines, airlines, depots, transport companies etc.
• Communicating with clients and overseas agents
• Qualifying, accruing & processing invoices
• Lodgment of EDNs, CRNs, PRAs and Quarantine Documents
• Managing and developing relationships with assigned key customers and relevant contacts within the business
• Other duties as directed

The successful applicant should demonstrate;

• At least two (2) years’ experience in international freight forwarding.
• Stability and an interest in a long term position
• Professional attitude
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Good time management
• Knowledge and use of CargoWise
