The role:
We are seeking a dedicated and self-motivated Parts Interpreter to add to our dynamic and dedicated Trade Parts team. Primarily be based at our Pakenham parts hub, your main task will be servicing our Panel and Mechanical customers in the trade industry. You will be required to provide parts solutions in a timely manner and have the flexibility to multi-task.
This is a full-time position, the hours are 8-4:30pm Mon – Fri.

Key Selection Criteria
The successful candidate will possess:
- Strong knowledge of automotive parts
- Exceptional customer service skills
- High-level interpersonal and communication skills
- An ability and willingness to learn new processes and systems quickly
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Excellent attention to detail
- A positive attitude, be self-motivated, and possess a strong work ethic
Highly desirable:
- Previous experience working in the automotive parts supply industry
