Now, they’re looking for an Executive Manager, Residential Care to help shape what comes next.
THE OPPORTUNITY
You’ll take the lead across three residential sites, driving operational excellence, workforce planning, and service innovation.
You’ll work closely with a switched-on CEO, a collaborative executive team , and a community of staff who care deeply about what they do.

You’re commercially minded, with the confidence to make informed decisions and lead operational strategy for residential care that optimises financial performance.
YOU ALSO BRING:

AHPRA RN registration
-
Postgraduate qualification in health, business or leadership
-
Proven multi-site operational leadership in aged care, health, disability or hospital settings
-
A gift for coaching and building cohesive, high-performing teams
-
Deep knowledge of operations, compliance, and workforce reform
-
A calm, agile decision-making in the face of change
-
Experience leading turnarounds, strengthened workforce, culture and delivered results across complex care environments.
Reporting directly to their CEO, you’ll be trusted to:

Lead day-to-day residential operations team

Champion workforce planning and capability uplift
-
Drive outcomes across compliance and financial sustainability
-
Embed innovation and sustainable systems to meet the strengthened standards
-
Keep people on path during reform and transformation

Prepare reports and contribute to key Board Committees

Coach, lead and inspire teams to deliver exceptional care
