Exciting entry Level IT support role with ongoing opportunities working at Head Office based in the Great South Coast Region of Victoria.
An exciting opportunity now exists for a newly created Level 1 IT Support Technician to join our team at Head Office due to business growth and expansion. The successful candidate will be responsible for IT support across all employees and will work directly with the Office Manager.
A collaborative team environment ensures ongoing mentoring to develop a wide skillset and knowledge base. A big emphasis on office culture, personal development and team support helps to deliver a platform that encourages personal growth as well as business growth.
Here’s a snapshot of the responsibilities that the Support Technician will own:

Work at the helpdesk and provide first point of call for support, training and on-going troubleshooting assistance to all employees for all company systems

Maintain and update the corporate online platforms

Troubleshoot network, hardware & software problems including:

Desktop Computers
-
Client tablet, and mobile devices
-
Printers
-
After hours maintenance may be required

Keep IT knowledge base up to date and relevant

Create and maintain network user accounts, passwords, permissions and licensing

Maintaining Software & Hardware
-
Configuring all end user devices in line with Company Policy

Research into current and future IT trends

Security Awareness Training
Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience

Passion for Technology

Great problem-solving skills

Prior working knowledge of Microsoft Stack (Windows OS, Office suite, 365)

A demonstrated ability to multitask

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

Ability to work autonomously, prioritise and show initiative.
