What you will do
As a clinical team leader at Western Plains, you will lead the strategic direction, and service delivery for disability and complex needs services.
You will:
Manage and supervise a multidisciplinary team, including occupational therapists and disability practitioners.
Provide expert clinical oversight , ensuring best-practice interventions and risk management.
Engage with custodial staff , forensic clinicians and external agencies to coordinate care and services.
Oversee assessments , clinical programs and the integration of NDIS-related services within corrections.
Ensure there is accurate data reporting and contribute to staff training and professional development.
Eligibility
To apply, you will need to hold – or be eligible for – General registration as a psychologist with the Psychology Board of Australia (AHPRA).
