This is an equity-based position initially, transitioning into a salary-based role post-funding.

SYNAPTA is structured into three transformative phases:
- Phase 1: Cypher – A comprehensive AI plagiarism detection system ensuring academic integrity with advanced ML-driven deep learning content analysis detecting high levels of obfuscation.
- Phase 2: Critora – A comprehensive AI-powered marking and personalised feedback system that automates assessments across various formats, reducing marking time and providing personalised feedback.
- Phase 3: Axion – A next-generation AI-driven personalised learning platform that dynamically adapts to each student's learning style through leveraging cognitive science and creating customised learning pathways.

Responsibilities:
- Lead AI / ML model development for Cypher, Critora, and Axion: Spearhead the design, development, and deployment of AI-driven solutions.
- Architect and implement scalable AI infrastructure: Design and develop a robust, cloud-based AI infrastructure.
- Develop and Optimise AI-Powered Data Analytics for Learning Insights: Design and implement AI-driven analytics that extract meaningful insights.
- Ensure SYNAPTA’s AI solutions meet the highest standards of accuracy, reliability, and ethics.
Qualifications:
- Master’s (PhD preferable) in Data Science, Machine Learning, Deep Learning.
- Strong experience in AI, NLP, and ML model development.
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow / PyTorch, LLMs, and AI-driven model generation.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in Machine Learning, AI model deployment, and optimisation.
