Our client is seeking a Capture Manager to join their team in the ACT. They are a world leader in designing, developing, and producing high-end RADAR, ISR, ISREW, multi-Domain systems leveraging cutting-edge technology to address current and future challenges faced by defence and security agencies as well as industrial partners worldwide.
They are world leaders in systems integration and manufacturing and can deliver independent systems to solve complex problems. Their open interface capability enables them to integrate into third parties' systems seamlessly. Their focus is to identify a capture manager to help deliver that capability to government and defence for national security both here and overseas.
The role- Develop quality capture plans
- Develop and implement capture strategy
- Coordinate subject matter experts to support proposals
- Understand client needs, identify key differentiators
- Create and build strong relationships with key clients
- Manage stakeholders internal and external
- Oversee high-quality winning proposals
- Contribute to bid strategy, win themes, and win price together with Sales & Marketing Director.
- A track record in successful capture management
- An Engineering or Technical qualification
- ASDEFCON
- Developed writing skills
- Proposal writing skills and experience (must)
- Good understanding of market dynamics
- Experienced in negotiations
- Understand Commercial Risk
- Pricing strategy knowledge and experience
- Have an AGSVA clearance and ITAR compliance
