About the opportunity
Woods Point Yarrawonga is a 130 bed Aged Care home nestled near the banks of Lake Mulwala, with local shops, the Lake and local clubs being within 5 minutes of the home, come and join the team.Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in aged care facilities, including resident rooms, common areas, bathrooms, and kitchens.Follow infection control procedures and safety guidelines to ensure a safe environment for residents and staff.Support the overall well-being of residents by contributing to a clean, pleasant, and safe environment.What you'll bring

To thrive in this role, you will have:Excellent time management, organisational and communication skills, with the ability to adapt and problem solve.
Previous cleaning experience, preferably in a healthcare or aged care setting (but not always required).
Knowledge of cleaning procedures and hygiene standards
The ability to nurture friendly, respectful relationships and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
You will also be required to provide evidence of, or in the process of obtaining:A current Police Record CheckProof of current influenza vaccination and other vaccination status consistent with public health orders.
