Senior Property Manager

Description:

Role: Snr Property Manager
Location: Broadbeach, QLD
Salary: > $95,000 per annum plus Superannuation
Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of 120 properties end-to-end, ensuring efficient and high service standards.
• Communicate with tenants and vendors to ensure smooth operations.
• Conduct entry and exit inspections and create detailed reports.
• Perform routine inspections and manage arrears and maintenance.
• Work with structured and organized systems to ensure efficient property management.

Qualifications Required:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Portfolio Property Manager.
• Current QLD Certificate of Registration.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Self-efficient, highly organised, and able to work autonomously.
