About The Role:
As an Estimator, you will play a crucial role in delivering accurate and timely cost estimates for a variety of fit-out projects. You will work closely with a well resourced team of project managers, clients, and subcontractors to ensure the successful delivery of each project from start to finish. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to high-profile projects in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed cost estimates for fit-out projects, including materials, labor, and timeframes.
- Analyze project plans, specifications, and other documentation to create accurate pricing models.
- Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to understand project requirements and develop competitive tenders.
- Assist in negotiating contracts and securing new projects.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and pricing to ensure competitive and accurate estimates.
- Proven experience as an Estimator, ideally within the fit-out or construction industry.
- Estimator experience
- Strong understanding of the fit-out process and project lifecycle.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- High attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
- Proficiency in estimation software and MS Office.
- Ability to thrive in a deadline-driven environment while managing multiple projects.
