The Opportunity
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager for one of our Fit-Out clients immediately. This role is ideal for a professional with a strong background in managing fit-out projects, particularly within education and government sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage fit-out projects up to $2M in value from initiation to completion.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Oversee site activities and ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements.
- Manage project documentation, reporting, and financials.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry, with a focus on fit-out projects.
- Site Supervisor Licence (essential).
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and teams effectively.
