The opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Senior Credit Controller to join our growing Group Credit team. This is a hands on role and the successful candidate will be responsible for the debt and credit management for a portfolio of brands.
The role will encompass the following duties;

• Overseeing and managing a portfolio of key clients across Australia and New Zealand
• Assisting with the identification and delivery of key projects and operational process improvement initiatives.
• Initiating approval processes relating to account applications
• Cash receipting and allocations as required
• Liasing with operations regarding collection plans where necessary
• Monthly reporting
• Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders within the Group
• Reducing overdue levels in portfolio

What you will need
To be successful in this role you will have a drive to deliver and be a highly organised and efficient individual.
Ideally (but not essential) you will have:

• Experience in credit control OR Accounts Receivable role, ready to take the next step
• Excel skills
• Outstanding communication skills and a passion for problem solving
• Strong time management skills and demonstrated history of meeting deadlines
• A positive attitude, self-starter and someone who enjoys working in a supportive team environment
• Ability to multi-task and prioritise whilst building positive internal and external relationships
