About the Role:
Are you a dedicated and experienced Theatre Nurse looking for an exciting opportunity in New Zealand? We are seeking skilled perioperative nurses to join our dynamic team, providing high-quality surgical care in a fast-paced and rewarding environment.
As a Theatre Nurse , you will be an integral part of the surgical team, ensuring safe, efficient, and patient-centered care before, during, and after surgical procedures. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a state-of-the-art facility with access to ongoing professional development and career progression.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Assisting in pre-operative, intra-operative, and post-operative care
  • Working collaboratively with surgeons, anesthetists, and other healthcare professionals
  • Maintaining aseptic techniques and infection control standards
  • Managing surgical instruments, equipment, and consumables
  • Monitoring patient safety and responding to emergencies if required
  • Supporting patients and families throughout the surgical process

About You:
Registered Nurse with current APC
Eligibility to work in New Zealand

Minimum 2 years’ of recent experience in a theatre/perioperative setting in a comparable healthcare setting to New Zealand
Strong knowledge of surgical procedures, patient safety, and infection control
Ability to work well under pressure in a dynamic theatre environment
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Commitment to providing high-quality patient care
