About the organisation: Pulse Merchandise Solutions is a leading merchandise provider specialising in the health, fitness, and wellness sectors. They pride themselves on delivering innovative, high-quality products to B2B and retail clients, working with some of Australia’s largest fitness groups and wellness retailers to provide high quality clothing, merchandise and supplements.
About the role:
We're on the lookout for two enthusiastic Sales Coordinators to work alongside the Key Account Managers in delivering exceptional service and driving growth. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for the fitness industry. You’ll play a vital part in managing the full sales journey from initial concept to final delivery, ensuring everything runs smoothly. You'll collaborate closely with clients and internal teams (design, production, operations) to make sure timelines are met, communication flows seamlessly, and every product reaches its destination on time.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Support Key Account Managers with day-to-day coordination of client accounts and projects.
  • Manage administrative tasks including meeting scheduling, report preparation, and client communications.
  • Maintain and update sales databases, track metrics, and generate performance reports.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (design, production, and operations) to ensure product development and delivery runs smoothly.
  • Track inventory, manage order logistics, and monitor shipments to meet delivery timelines.
  • Assist with invoicing, payments, and financial tracking using tools like Xero.
To be successful you must have:
  • Experience in a sales coordination, production, or account support role ideally within health, fitness, wellness, or fashion sectors.
  • A working understanding of the fitness industry and/or apparel manufacturing.
  • Knowledge of freight and logistics, particularly with suppliers in China.
  • Familiarity with Xero, Monday.com, and other project or finance management platforms.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritise effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and proactive problem solver.
