• Base rate guaranteed for 3 months
• Private billing
• Dr owned group Teaching Practice
• 5 Consulting rooms
• 2 RNs on at all times
• 2 Treatment rooms with 2 beds in each
• Procedure room
• Mixed billing
• Standard Consult $88
• Long Consult $135
• 4 patients per hour
• No after hours or on call
