Your New Role
The role of the APS Clinical Nurse Consultant (CNC) focuses on providing expert clinical leadership, training, and support in acute pain management. The CNC collaborates with the anaesthetic and surgical teams to ensure safe, high-quality healthcare through exemplary nursing practices. They are also involved in research to advance evidence-based practices in acute pain management, supporting Logan Hospital's leadership in innovative healthcare. Additionally, the CNC works on quality initiatives, ensuring practices align with national health standards and opioid stewardship guidelines.
