The Opportunity
We are looking for an innovative and passionate leader to oversee the day-to-day operations of our facility. In this key role, you will:
Lead and inspire a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, evidence-based care.
Foster a positive culture that supports growth, teamwork, and excellence.
Ensure compliance with aged care quality standards while driving operational sustainability.
Use your strategic management skills to oversee financials, rostering, and regulatory requirements.
Build strong relationships with staff, residents, families, and the broader community.
