Based on our picturesque properties in Northern Queensland, you will play a key role in supporting the educational needs and personal development of children in a unique and rewarding environment.
The Role:
As a Governess, you will provide educational and personal support to children residing on our Northern Queensland properties. Your role involves delivering engaging educational activities, assisting with homework, and promoting personal development. You'll work closely with parents and the team to create a nurturing and enriching environment, while also participating in the broader community and station life. This position offers a unique opportunity to combine educational work with the experience of living in the beautiful Australian outback.
Your Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality educational support and supervision for children of various ages.
Develop and implement engaging and age-appropriate learning activities.
Assist with homework, educational projects, and overall academic progress.
Support and foster the children's personal growth, social skills, and well-being.
Coordinate with parents and other staff to ensure a balanced and enriching environment.
Participate in and contribute to the wider community and station activities.
