About the Opportunity
We have exciting opportunities for passionate and motivated Apprentice Chefs to join our Catering teams at our Villages located in the Bowen Basin (Nebo, Coppabella, Moranbah, Dysart, and Middlemount) approximately three hours inland from Mackay, QLD.
This role is responsible for preparing, cooking, and presenting high quality food and beverages to agreed menus and operating standards, with a high focus on timeliness, presentation, and professional, friendly customer service and interactions with guests and staff.
Full-Time, Permanent positions available.

About You
To be successful, you will have:
Capability to work well under pressureDemonstrated experience working successfully in a teamFlexibility to work, day and/or night shifts if required for your roleBe comfortable with taking direction and working under supervision at all times.The ability to pass a pre-employment medical including alcohol and drug screeningA National Police Clearance or be willing to obtainDocumentation to prove working rights within AustraliaExceptional communication skillsExcellent time management skillsRemote work experience (highly regarded)Certificate II Hospitality (highly desired)
