Where: Positions are available across both of our flourishing businesses The Den Salamanca and Botanica Bar. Both are nestled along Hobart's iconic waterfront, Salamanca Place.
What it entails: Whether you're a team leader or an assistant manager you'll be responsible for benchmarking a premium standard of customer care. Successful applicants will need to be comfortable leading a group of talented bartenders and running the operational elements of a shift. Applicants should be quick-thinkers with the ability to make clever decisions that improve guest/team experiences. A minimum of 2+ years in Hospitality is advantageous.
