We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Recruitment Consultant to join our team.
Predominately a sales role, this position is focused on identifying and developing new business opportunities, supported by the wider PERSOLKELLY team. You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, as well as identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the market.
As a Recruitment Consultant, you will specialise in the recruitment of permanent and temporary, professional services roles including Administrators, Customer Service, HR professionals, Accounts and Finance to name a few. You don't necessarily need experience as a Recruiter to be successful, bring your competitive nature, desire to succeed and natural flair to build relationships and we can teach you the rest.

What will you be doing?
Developing new business opportunities in your defined industry areaDeveloping new and existing client relationships through client meetings and networkingUsing a variety of tools i.e., job boards, LinkedIn etc to attract great candidatesScreening and interviewing candidatesNegotiating job offersProviding second to none customer service to all clients and candidatesMeeting agreed KPI activity and revenue targets
To Be Successful In This Role You Will Possess
Experience working within a Recruitment environment (ie. Recruitment Consultant, Talent Acquisition, Senior Recruitment Consultant) or;Minimum of 2-3 years within a professional client focussed/business development role (i.e., Travel Industry, Insurance agent etc.)Self-motivated and able to work autonomouslyExperience working in a professional environment, meeting deadlines, working towards KPI'sExcellent verbal and written communication skillsA desire and competitive drive to meet and exceed targets and KPI's
