Job description:
We are seeking a pharmacist who is willing to take the next step in their career as a HOSPITAL PHARMACIST working across our sites in Launceston, Tasmania.
Joining our current team, we are seeking interest for any full time, part time, temporary contract or casual pharmacists.
The key responsibility of this role is to contribute to a multi-disciplinary team in providing patient centred care.
Pharmacists with community experience or newly registered pharmacists are highly encouraged to apply, as our roles are a great pathway to transition into hospital-based pharmacy as training will be provided. The successful candidate will be expanding their pharmacy knowledge to cover hospital dispensary, clinical and oncology throughout our network of private hospitals and clinics.
About you:
- Current AHPRA Pharmacy Registration and Membership with a Professional Indemnity Insurance provider.
- Communication skills to effectively interact with all levels of hospital staff.
- Always having a patient focused approach.
- Ability to be adaptable to work in a dynamic, fast-paced, and collaborative team environment.
- Current Covid-19 vaccinations as per public health orders
