Job Description: We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Centre Manager to lead our team and oversee the day-to-day operations of our 135-place centre. We are looking for a leader with a strong background in driving occupancy, retaining staff, and delivering high-quality care.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage daily operations of the centre, ensuring a safe, welcoming, and engaging environment for children.
  2. Lead and support a team of educators through mentorship and professional guidance.
  3. Design and implement educational programs aligned with children's interests and developmental needs.
  4. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, policies, and quality standards.
  5. Build and maintain strong, respectful relationships with families, team members, and the local community.
  6. Oversee administrative and operational functions, including enrolments, budgeting, and reporting.

Qualifications:

  1. Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
  2. Strong understanding of early childhood development and best practices.
  3. Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  4. Ability to work collaboratively and build a positive team culture.
  5. Current First Aid and CPR certification.
