11 Recruitment is looking for enthusiastic and self-motivated individuals to join our white collar Temp Pool for 2025 !How it works
By joining our temp pool, your resume and screening questions are added to our database and will be accessible by all recruitment consultants.
We work with active roles and will only contact candidates in the pool who we feel could be suitable for individual positions. We do not search for jobs on behalf of applicants.
We manage a variety of positions covering the Perth Metro area and some assignments can require an immediate start. Assignments will vary in length from a single day to a couple of weeks or months, and some could even lead to a permanent opportunity.

To be considered for temp work, you will ideally meet the following criteria:
- Have experience in your chosen area (e.g. reception, admin, accounts)
- Possess intermediate computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
- Great communication skills
- Be adaptable with the ability to pick up new tasks quickly
- Ideally have reliable transport as some roles require this
